Villa Bella Vista

The apartment was very nice, clean and comfy for the whole family—2 bedrooms with a private bathroom. In the apartment you had everything you needed - buy some food to the refrigerator and enjoy your stay. There is a coffee machine and all the things you need to start cooking. The amazing view is guaranteed - day and night. The hosts were super friendly and nice, very helpful and caring. Our kids loved so much the hosts pets Labrador Sasha and cat Greebo - we felt like we had babysitters and made us feel like we were at home. There is a nice playground for ball games and an indoor playroom as well with a lot of toys so perfect stay for families. It was also very nice to enjoy free Netflix in the evenings, WIFI worked very well also. Location is around 20 minutes drive away from Barcelona with most of the attractions + there is also possible to take a train from nearby city if you do not travel with a car. Nothing much to add here. Maybe only better for travelers with cars as it is around 30 min walk by foot to Castelldefels where the shops/restaurants are. Of course, it is not much as the walk is in a safe and pretty private houses neighborhood.

Nothing it was perfect

Our host Remi and his family showed the most of warmth we have experienced the last 15y of travel, without being intrusive at any point of time. The appartment was spacious, we had everything we need in our daily routines and which we were prepared to buy on site ( napkins, spices, coffee - nice coffee, shampoo and many more). TV has Disney and Netflix which our kids are used to, Internet is very good, secure parking place is available. Sleep quality is very good and the mattress is comfortable, there are independent bathrooms for the master and kids rooms which made things easier than usual. The Castelldefels beach is spacious and probably the best on the surrounding area. Remi helped a lot to us in understanding the surroundings and making us feel welcome, as well as he went further helping us with an issue on a 4500km rental car that was not supposed to have any. Finally, yet importantly, Sasha - a 2y labrador was adorable and our kids enjoyed it. We were impressed by the small, yet well maintained playground in the yard.

As of my observations, people do not take into account too positive reviews if that part here is empty - as if it has not been written that objectively but from one who sees only good things. In fact that place is worth and nothing disturbed our stay in any way. Probably as a tiny remark I could say that the small fitness needs little maintenance and little heavier dumbells :), I gave it a try but did not manage to build good weight for my regular exercises. Probably also some of the plates in the kitchenette had fingerprints and some traces, but I see the challenge from various different people comming and going.
