Breakfast is poor, last day we prefer buy sandwiches from next door convenience store! but hotel provide free breakfast, free tea, free snack...what else?

Loved the Dinosaurs greeting us when we first got in. The location was great. The free breakfast was really good with Onigiri and lots of fillings to choose from. The free liquor bar and snacks in the evening was a definite plus. Would stay here again.

The only issue we really had, was when we asked the staff to forward our luggage to the next hotel, they basically didn't know how to do that. It took quite a long time, and we ended up filling out most of the forms for them, but eventually we got the job done. So perhaps a little staff training on their end might be helpful.
