What I really liked about the property was how clean it was and that it had everything a home needs. I didn’t have to worry about buying anything, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming ^^

- different than photos - space is different - 0 amenities - difficult check in No value for money , you can get much better places with slightly higher cost , but it worth it - crazy house rules : you need to pay deposit and fee almost for everything.and only sent after confirmation Information: * Smoking is not allowed in the apartment; there is a huge penalty of 30.000LE for smoking inside. * Deposit is € 150 euro or the same amount in another valuta, to be paid in cash to the contact person who does the check in. The deposit will be returned back at check out in case that there is no damage. (Airbnb guests have no deposit, this is arranged by Airbnb) * Passports: Security needs to make a copy of all guests passports. * Extra cleaning is 250LE each time, only your contact person can arrange this, it is not allowed to arrange extra cleaning by another person/company. * Wifi is available for a fee. You can ask the contact person . It can only be booked for all days of your stay. The fee is 20gb for 300LE.The deposit for the router is 500LE.The wifi is not suitable for heavy up/downloads. * Bedlinen is included, extra change can be arranged at a fee by the contact person. * Towels are included, one large and one small per person. An extra packet (1 large + 1 small towel) is 150LE for one week. Beach towels are available at a fee: 75LE per 2 days, minimaal rent 2 days. * Close windows and doors when you use the air conditioning and stop it when you leave the apartment. Do not spoil water. There is a penalty for excessive air conditioning and water use. * Water and electricity are included in the price for the people who rent for less than 15 days. In case of 15 nights or more electricity and water is at a fee of 200LE per day for 2 persons, for normal consumption. It has to be paid at check in. * Mixed Egyptian/foreign couples need to have minimally an Orfi document according to the E gyptian law.
