Clean and good location.

The water in the shower is not cold but also not warm. Also a small curtain on top the door window would be nice. There was quite some noise in the evening, not from the street but from people talking very loud.

Very nice family run place, with great friendliness. Quietly tucked into a small alley between the main road and the beach. Very clean and nice room with a great mosquito net and comfortable bed.

No real window in my room, since the only window faced the staircase.

We stayed 2 nights in the family room with sea view. It was huge, with a large shower room, balcony and even cooking facilities. All very clean. The breakfast was very good and staff lovely, smiley and very helpful. It's a stones throw from the beach and very close to shops and restaurants.

The room is at the top of the house so does get very hot over the day. We found it a bit too hot even with the overhead fan.

The room is located in the attic without air conditioning and with lots of mosquitoes and other insects that bit my children. In Negombo it was 34 degrees during the day and in the room I think it was about 40 degrees. This is my first negative opinion about my travels.

Nice and clean accomodation, very good value for money. Just few steps from the beach. Many restaurants and shops around. Family that hosts you is very nice and welcoming, they let us check out one our later. Thank you! Highly reccomended:)
