Casi nada

El desayuno estaba muy malo, era muy incomodo el lavabo dentro de la habitación, cada dia tenia que cambiar la llave de la habitación porque por alguna razón dejaba de funcionar, ademas solo funcionaba un elevador.

"NO RESPETAN RESERVACIONES"

Reserve para 2 adultos y dos menores. Llege a las 9am al check in, no disponible ya que aun no desalojaban las habitaciones pero me dijeron que estaba bien. Regreso a las 10pm a dormir. Me dicen que solo hay una habitacion con cama matrimonial. Me dicen que la dieron por que habia un evento deportivo y no habia llegado, y me dejaron solo una habitacion con una cama. PEdi me relocalizaran, hablaron por telefono y me asignaron otro hotel. Nos transladamos y me dicen que no habia disponibilidad. No hay capacidad de solucionar por medio de llamadas entre hoteles de la misma cadena

Los alrededores un poco feos y de apariencia peligrosa. Área de desayuno saturada, Pero el personal trabajaba muy rápido para tenerlo disponible a brevedad.
