"Over promised and under delivered."

Had dinner in the restaurant. Took over an hour to get our meals. 2 x Sirloin steaks. Ordered Med Rare got Med to Well Done. Veges advertised as crisp were anything but. Sauces were good. The hotels web page doesnt truly represent the actual experience.

Faster meal service and food cooked as ordered. Check in process was like being in a boarding school.
