Gas fireplace was the only heat, so it took quite a while to warm up

What a lovely stay!! The staff on arrival had been very good, very informative and made us very welcome! We would return and would recommend to family & friends

Shame they did not offer any options for a evening meal/dinner you need to take a car into town. That said it was not difficult to do so.

The night lights were too bright and kept the room lighted all night , there needs to be a curtain on window near the bathroom or that light put on timer I would suggest individual shampoo, conditioner Etc ..

None. Worst ever with old, dirty and torn bedsheets. Attached is the picture of the room and bed. By all means, this is not the type of “service” you would expect from a “luxury” resort. The only thing that matches true luxury hotels is the price — definitely not the service, because they simply do not provide it.

ZERO stars if I could. My stay at Sirena Vineyard Resort was an absolute disaster. For the insane price they charge, you’d expect at least basic comfort — but instead I got one of the worst nights I’ve ever had in a hotel. Thierry put us in a room with a mattress that squeaked with every tiny movement, and I mean every movement. Sleeping on it was impossible, and within a couple of hours I woke up with painful body aches. The level of “service” was just as disappointing. Nothing about this place matches the price or the hype. I left exhausted, annoyed, and honestly shocked that a resort would let guests sleep on something so uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. This place is extremely overpriced and completely overrated. Don’t be fooled by the glowing reviews — my experience was awful, and I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone.
