Le niveau de qualité n’était pas à la hauteur d’un cinq étoiles. Les serviettes n’étaient pas repliées, les bouteilles d’eau entamées n’étaient pas remplacées…

Wir konnten meinen Stadtplan bekommen. Weder im Hotel noch bei diversen Tourenanbietern. Wir bekamen beim Frühstück keine Information,dass wir auch mit dem Tablet bestellen können.

In February 2026, we visited the beautiful region of Chiang Mai with our family, using this wonderful little hotel as our base. A charming, human-sized establishment, ideally located in the Old Town… almost like a family guesthouse. The staff were extremely attentive, welcoming, and always smiling. In short, go there with your eyes closed and enjoy the region!

The hotel is really from the outside at night with the lighting. Aside from the birds chirping in the morning, and the occasional dogs barking, and some of the vehicles outside, it's super quiet. The service is excellent. When we first arrived, they grabbed our luggage right away to bring to our room. Chang, our butler, was really helpful and patient. We used their half day private driver and Tony was awesome. He acted like a tour guide by filling us in on things around the city. He even helped us when we were ordering food to go - small gesture but went a long way. Enjoyed the beverages and snacks available in their lobby area. The rooms were decently sized. The materials were top notch. The cabinets were soft closing which I found to be a nice touch. There is a fridge and freezer in case you also want to store anything. The lighting in the room created a cozy and intimate environment, so if you're looking for something bright and well lit, you'll need to reset expectations. Unfortunately, our room had mosquitoes that ate us up. Not sure how they entered our room since it was tucked far in the corner and we never opened any windows or doors that led to the outside. The biggest downside was the location. Albeit it being within the old city, it was far from all of the action. Can Taxi/Grab anywhere, but it would have been nice to be more centrally located within the Old City. They claim to have a gym but calling it that is very misleading. Nonetheless, it is a beautiful property and I really want this business to do well and succeed. It's a beautiful property.

Great value for money. Good selection at breakfast and good coffee. Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Food at lunchtime was very good, plenty of choice, well cooked and nicely presented

The temperature in the Bisto was set too cold, which made lunchtime a little unpleasant.
