Yote 28

The property is new and I thought that the shared spaces and the bathrooms were nice. It looks fancy and there were some free coffee and snacks. Bonus : the cats were cute.

Overall, it didn't seem super well maintained. Because of the cats, the bottom floor was smelly at times which really bothered me and at some point, there wasn't running water anymore (though it got fixed). I also thought that the blinds could have been more opaque because if you had the lights on in your bed, everybody could clearly see you...

The location, clean room & shower/toilet. The staff is so helpful, allowing me to check-in late at midnight.

They didn’t provide towels. The atmosphere isn’t very social—most people are on their laptops in the evening/night, though I personally don’t really mind that. Do note that the area often hosts festivals or booths at night, and they tend to blast loud music until late. Even the karaoke place next door isn’t as noisy.
