Расположение прекрасное, все в шаговой доступности. Возможно маловато места, в остальном все очень понравилось.

Чтобы быть объективным, начну с плюса: он один - это местоположение. Все близко, метро, Невский, много кафе рядом. При этому тихий дворик, в номере тишина. Теперь о том, что не понравилось: во-первых, номер реально маленький... Не понимаю, зачем нужно было еще втискивать туда диван (да, получилось формально 4 спальных места, но там и одному тесно в этом номере). После этого подъем по неудобным ступеням на чердак превратился в довольно опасный гимнастический трюк. Я приезжал 19-21 сентября, в номере было ужасно холодно. Ну и да, запах. Как уже писали, он есть. Его ощущаешь еще войдя в подьезд (жутко обшарпанный даже по Питерским меркам). В номере явно пахнем то ли кошками, то ли грязными носками... На мою просьбу о переселении ответили, что все номера заняты..

제 기준으론 다른 숙박시설에 비해 돈을 좀더 썼는데 그에 맞게 편하게 있었던 거 같아요. 입구 쪽엔 커피, 티, 오트밀 등이 있었고 빨랫대나 원한다면 가져가 쓸 수 있는 물품들이 있어 좋았습니다. 식기도 다 있고 납작 복숭아나 마트에서 냉동식품 같은 것도 조리해먹을 수 있어 좋았습니다. 그리고 침대 핵푹신! 지리적 위치도 괜찮은데 처음 찾으시는 분들은 아파트? 출입구를 찾기 힘들 수있으니 GURU 옆에 있는 갈색 문을 이용하시면 될 거 같아요!

Property location is excellent. Room size is smaller than expected. There is no AC, but it was specified in room description. So be careful there is no room with AC in this hotel.

Очень удобное месторасположение! Отдых в номерах с комфортом!Рекомендуем всем,кому не хватает"тесного" общения со своими близкими,заселиться в этот апарт отель! Взаимодействие гарантировано за счет компактности комнат! Ремонт свежий,дизайн комнат уютный.Наличие кухни удобно для завтраков и поздних ужинов после прогулки по Питеру! Невский проспект в 5 мин.ходьбы!
