"Für 1 oder 2 Nächte und einfache Ansprüche super."

Es gibt im wesentlichen 3 Gründe für meine wiederkehrenden Buchungen. 1. Die Lage zum Stadion. Ich bin ausschließlich zu Spielen des VfB in Stuttgart. Bei Abendspielen übernachte ich auch in Stuttgart. Vom Hotel sind es nur ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß zum Stadion und nur wenige 100m zur U11 (Mineralbäder). 2. Der Preis. Er ist der Lage und der Ausstattung angemessen. 3. Das Bistro in der Nähe. Es liegt direkt neben dem Hotel und bietet leckere Pinsa und sehr gute italienische Weine. Ein angenehmer Ort zur Vorbereitung auf das Spiel. Die Betten sind bequem. Ein einfaches Frühstück ist möglich. Der Zugang zum Hotel ist jederzeit über einen Code möglich. In einem kleinen abschließbaren Hof können Fahrräder angestellt werden.

Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach, aber funktional. Modern ist allerdings anders. Einige Zimmer haben eine eingebaute Dusche und WC; zus. gibt es ein Bad auf jedem Flur.

Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich

Das ganze Haus und auch das Zimmer haben penetrant nach Duftspender gerochen. Das hat mir ziemliche Kopfschmerzen und Übelkeit verursacht.
