Very nice big room,location is the best, walking to the center 5min, The garden is beautiful,

LIKED: location was very convenient, very clean, the old medieval vibe of it, and the drink station set up in the main hallway. DISLIKED: although labelled as a hotel, there was no one there upon our arrival at 4:00 pm. We had to do a self-check as if an Airbnb. Other guests who arrived after us went through the same thing. They did not share a picture of the double bed room we booked anywhere on the booking site. When we arrived, the room was completely different from what we thought we were getting. Nothing was done to remedy the situation, very disappointed. Our bathroom smelled like urine during our 4 day stay. The reception area is very close to the rooms on the main floor. You could hear the receptionist/owner talking very loud to customers over the phone early in the morning.

Everything was very nice. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was big and comfortable. The location is minutes away from the grand square and has parking available nearby.

All was perfect, nothing to complain

The room was amazing and spacious and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and the bath/jacuzzi was needed during the cold days.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The bath was perfect for rejuvenating tired feet after lots of walking. The coffee and biscuits were very much appreciated.
