The ease of availability.

The customer service said booking.com had canceled my booking. But the reception guy accommodated us by offering a room. However he charged us additional for late checkout the next morning. But next morning when we decided to checkout on time...he rwfused to return the advance. That was very unprofessional!!!

Location is perfect. Tucked in from the hustle-bustle and yet very accessible. Check-in was a breeze. Clean sheets with basic tea kit and kettle. Neat bathroom with basic amenities factored in. Tasty food and a limited buffet range yet freshly prepared. Excellent desk management by Mr Venu, the manager of the property.

Not 3 stars at all, very small rooms, not clean and too expensive for what it is. Staff could be a bit more friendly especially the evening/night guy who is at the reception around 19:00. A bellboy/house keeping is not your slave so don’t yell at the guy for your own bad instructions. Also getting towels i had to do because there weren’t any. On top of that nothing is clean (sheets) are stained, not to start of the bathroom (disgusting) also don’t throw perfume cubes for a urinal in the sink then everything stinks even more. Also who in his right mind drills the shower head in the ceiling pointing the toilet?? Because then everything becomes wet.

But early morning calling and comming for water service don't do that

The stay was extremely horrible. Never choose this hotel for a family stay. Staff was not friendly, not supportive. Not known about hospitality. No cleanliness, the room was dirty and ugly. Never suggest this hotel
