For the stay in the property, a credit card will be required from the check-in, and it will be returned to the check-out of the reservation. This as a guarantee that guests do not damage something on the property or any element of the property. If the guest damages the property or any element of the property, the cost will be charged to your credit card. This property does not accommodate parties or wedding groups. Guests may experience some noise disturbances from 22:00 to 10:00. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests, will incur €200 charge that will be shared and agreed on during check-in. Damages will be charged to the debit/credit card provided at the time of booking/check-in/check-out.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
