The layout was good in the suite

How disgusting the taps were they need to be looked at the rim. The showers look like they have mold. Why wasn’t there soap at the sink? Or an option for it we had to keep going to the shower to wash our hands. Just cleanliness was not great.

The location was superb, being next to the Taringa Train Station and on top of the West Side Private Hospital. The Thai Restaurant underneath Essence is fabulous!!

Perhaps the inclusion of a lounge sofa in the King Suite.

Great location to the train station.

The shower was a little dirty, leaked a lot so the whole bathroom floor was wet and definitely not enough towels to help with that. No house keeping
