Amazing views, easy to get to from the city by train, owners knowledgable, property really clean and everything you could want. Highly recommended. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Accueil exceptionnel, le propriétaire est disponible, gentil, serviable et très efficace (notre frigo est tombé en panne il a été remplacé dans l'heure). La chambre est très vaste avec une vue magnifique, elle est propre et confortable. La salle de bain est très bien agencée avec une très belle et très agréable baignoire ilot. Le petit déjeuner est disponible dans la chambre à un prix très faible (£5 livres / jour et par personne). Le lit est grand (180) et confortable. Bonne insonorisation et établissement très calme. La station de train est à 10 minutes en marchant et ensuite le centre d'Edimbourg est à 45 minutes (idem pour l'aéroport avec un changement pour prendre le tramway). Il y a plusieurs restaurant très bien à moins de 10 minutes de voiture (notamment The Wee Restaurant à North Qeensferry qui est très bien avec une excellente cuisine écossaise).

The price is incredible for the location and the stay!

Perfect spot, 8 min walk to staton (25 mins ride to E.city) on the hill with sea view. Spotless clean, cozy and tasteful room, friendly owners, home athmosphere.

Absolutely nothing Would come back anytime. Much better then 4* hotel.

We opted for a breakfast hamper, which was great. Continental style breakfast for two days plus some snacks for o take with us when we went on outings. The B&B is close to shops and restaurants and has a fantastic view of the Forth and the Bridges.

Just perfect! To be honest we doubt a bit about the location distance to Edinburgh but that was totally unnecessary concern. Fast train connection and alternative bus X58 backup made it extremely easy and secure. Very cozy and relaxing area after days in the noisy City. Bay & Bridge was just magnificent. Neat & tidy. Claire and Chris are just perfect hosts and their lovely house extremely welcoming.

Great place to stay, host was very accommodating. It was only a short distance from the city, while we planned to drive out host recommended the train as we didn't realise we booked during Edinburgh fringe festival, the train was the ring call, only a short walk and 20minutes journey.
