Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection enormous and facilities scrupulously maintained. Restaurant dinner matches any gourmet restaurant! Location was prime - a short walk to all the areas of interest. Would definitely recommend!!

"Very enjoyable stay"

Room clean and comfortable. Reception very helpful, allowed early check in and storage of luggage between check out and flight. Food very tasty at dinner. Good selection at breakfast however some hot food elements could have been wormer ie sausages. Particularly enjoyed the waffles 😊

It was a beautiful, clean, well run Hotel. The staff were superb, they had very good English as well as Polish Language. The Breakfast was just fantastic so much choice. The only problem was no parking on site maybe that was because we were late checking in. Would highly reccomend this Lovely Hotel.

"Memorable stay in the beautiful city of Poznan"

Really enjoyed our stay in Poznan. Perfect location for sightseeing and close to the picturesque Old Market Square. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful with a huge choice, including both hot and cold food and a waffle maker. The room was warm, a reasonable size and comfortable. Our one criticism would be that the beds were just pulled up and not made properly, the mugs we had used had not been washed thoroughly and the coffee and tea had not been replenished so we had to go down to reception to ask for more. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely return
