It is a little old building and uses a brass key, but there is no problem in function.

Michel was charming and a great host. The room and the breakfast were perfect. We needed a taxi to the airport after check out and Michel booked one and was there on time. Excellent service.

Super accueil de notre hôte. La maison est très calme, il ne manque rien. La literie est bonne et la climatisation marche très bien. Le jardin est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est complet.

Un accueil généreux, tout comme le petit déjeuner le matin. L'immeuble et la chambre sont très propres, il y a la climatisation. Même au rez-de-chaussée (un peu surélevé), on entend peu les bruits de l'extérieur. Petite déception, nous pensions que la salle de bains était dans la chambre mais elle était dans la chambre. Le cadre est très joli et l'endroit est superbe, on sent que le propriétaire est aux petits soins avec ses hôtes venus de partout dans le monde. Enfin, l'adresse est très bien placée pour se retrouver en quelques minutes en centre-ville.

Logement bien situé permettant la visite des 18 points majeurs remarquables de la ville. A noter l’absence de parking privé (1 place à réserver) mais j’ai laissé ma voiture au parking longue durée de la gare (à150m pour 25€) en utilisant un pass-TRAM 24h très bien. Rappel un peu tardif de Michel : vous pouvez aussi venir avec votre vélo, il peut être ranger au sous-sol du logement. Ce logement est silencieux, avec accès rapide au TRAM.

This is one of the best B&B I've stayed at, the location is amazing it's just a 2-min walk to the railway station and a 10-min walk to the city's points of interests. Michel the host is very friendly, helpful, he came to chat during breakfast time and gave me lots of insights. The best highlight is the breakfast, Michel prepared it himself, everything is well set on the dining table, the yoghurt and milk is in the fridge, i love the croissants, pain au chocolates and the marmalades are homemade, the fruits are from the garden. Oh and Michel provides drinking water in bottles, with option of cold ones in the fridge and room temperature in thr pantry, this is amazing!

This is a great little B&B. Michel is a great host. He's very warm and friendly and makes you feel very welcomed. He's also incredibly helpful. The garden is a lovely place to sit and relax, and Michel picks fruit from the garden for breakfast! It's steps from the train station and minutes walk to Place du Comedie. Recommended.
