Όμορφος χώρος, ευγενικά φιλικό προσωπικό, εντελώς στο κέντρο κι ωστόσο ήταν ήσυχα. Μείναμε πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένοι, σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε.

Great location in the heart of the old town.

The out-of-hours contact process needs to be much clearer, and issues should be resolved without guests having to argue for basic assistance. Guests should not be treated with contempt, and staff should take a more proactive approach to finding solutions. Additionally, access and logistical information should be provided well in advance of the day of travel so guests can prepare properly. We encountered an issue after hours which nearly resulted in my partner either having to remain in the corridor or find alternative accommodation elsewhere. Despite providing my name and trying to explain the situation calmly, the response we received was dismissive and unhelpful. We were also placed under unnecessary time pressure when leaving for our flight due to a “misunderstanding” regarding a taxi arranged through the hotel. Frankly, it is not acceptable that nearly every interaction with staff was either difficult or affected by avoidable mistakes. There needs to be a far less complacent attitude towards guest service and problem resolution.

Posizione perfetta per visitare la cittadina e perdersi tra i suoi vicoli. Parcheggio disponibile a pagamento nelle vicinanze. Camera piccolina ma essenziale, molto carino l'accesso al balcone al piano superiore.

Das Personal war sehr nett und die Einrichtung war sehr schön und geschmackvoll

Die Zimmer waren extrem klein, so dass es sogar mit Handgepäck schwierig war. Wir waren außerdem der Überzeugung dass wir die Dachterrasse mitnutzen können weil es auf den allgemeinen Bildern abgebildet war. Das war nicht der Fall. Das war sehr Schade. Außerdem war das Zimmer zu einem Spielplatz und Park gerichtet und es war nachts ziemlich laut. Die Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank im Zimmer war zudem sehr ruckelig und laut so dass ruhiger Schlaf schwierig war. Ebenso die Lichter im Zimmer.

Service desk available out of hours, we had an issue with getting locked out the room and staff were available over the phone and helped us quickly resolve the issue. Very helpful!

Very central, close to a free parking lot, close to good restaurants (really recommend Castelo restaurant), a bed that is not too hard (unlike some other hotels around), flexible check out times and friendly staff. Comfortable and above expectations.
