Samriddhi Banquet Garden & Resort

The atmosphere is very peacefull, lots of trees and open spaces . The resort is away from the hussle and bustle. The staffs were friendly and food was like home-cooked. Swimming pool was operational till 10 pm, overall great stay

I would loved to have some kind of programs in the evening

Location- congested area. House Keeping- Only once, when you enter. Towel one only. Service-Poor quality. Tea Coffee served only with cups no plate. Kettle is there in the room but no tea Coffee sashes. AVAILABLE only when you ask for.

I liked the service. The staff were very hospitable (Utpal and Amit). The food was reasonable. We were concerned that mosquitos would bite us at night because there is no facility for setting up a mosquito net in the room but fortunately there were no mosquitos.

Quality of Sofa and Bedding in room, Room Lighting, Provision of only one towel in family room, Lack of appropriate checkout process (Still Waiting for tax bills), Cramped Toilet / Poor toilet seats Smallest TV possible in room and with no World Cup Cricket Telecast Location (Too far from key attractions of Murshidabad)
