Struttura ben curata, personale gentile e posizione strategica.

La struttura è nuova, quindi alcuni servizi come l'attacco per la cucina sono in via di sviluppo. Tuttavia la struttura è stata corretta nel precisarlo sui servizi a disposizione, per cui 5 stelle se le merita.

No breakfast; coffee machine in room. Modern building in industrial area, about 10 minutes' walk from train station. Air conditioned. Owners were pleasant and helpful.

No check-in before 4:30. It's about a half hour walk to the old town, and L'Aquila itself is quite spread out. Would be a good place to stay if you had a vehicle and wanted to explore the surrounding area.

"Lejos pero bueno y barato"

Cuando reservé lo hice por dos motivos: el precio y la cercanía a la estación de tren y a la de Flixbus. El barrio es una calle de talleres pero de noche no se escucha una mosca, solo los pájaros a la mañana. La habitación era muy cómoda, internet funcionaba muy bien, limpieza impecable con servicio diario de habitación .

Podría haber un hervidor de agua porque para. Tomar té la cafetera es muy complicada

Buona la posizione, casa nuova, molta quiete intorno, e proprietario e signora delle pulizie molto gentili.

La cucina non ha il gas, quindi inutile, non c’è una scopa per spazzare a terra quindi se sporchi ti arrangi, posate e stoviglie quasi inesistenti.
