We stayed at one of the suites. They are new, spacious, and wonderful for families. The facilities and restaurants were great and our kids really enjoyed the swimming pool.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious and very clean. We arrived very late and they had already made up the sofa bed for us! If you are traveling to Limerick, I highly recommend this amazing property!

I stayed in Suite 14, room very clean, bed extremely comfortable with warm bedding. Walk in shower was very nice. However the room was cold all night even when the heat was turned on. The windows in the room are all broke two windows are fixed closed with tech screws prventing them from being opened and the middle window no longer sits in the window frame correctly preventing the window from being closed thus, a continous draft in the room. Saying I would not fault the experince as the overall stay was great, well done management.
As a business traveller you need a couple of basic things to work: 1) the wifi - it was poor at best 2) the tv - two channels only working 3) the sink plug so you can have a (wet) shave - not working. They decided to close the restaurant at 7pm so forced into the bar. Having driven for two hours from Dublin to Limerick it wasn’t good. However the suite rooms are a decent size, bigger than average and the amenities in the room were better than average but won’t be staying there again.
We had one of the suites with a kitchenette. The room was lovely. The food was fabulous. We ate in the bar the two nights we were there. Floor staff were lovely.
Friendly check in staff. Although the hotels.com gold member upgrade was not offered and when asked said they couldn't upgrade. Even though they were selling higher class rooms. Room was good and high quality. Gym and pool was nice. Things that could have been better : shower in bathroom would not drain well and flood the floor. Extra towels were given. TV only had 5 working channels and netflix given did not work. Bed was two beds pushed together with a sheet on top so couldn't sleep in the middle. Check out staff were not as welcoming as the lovely check in lady.
Lovely hotel. Really clean, modern, stylish. Really nice bar food, and breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. Really enjoyed our stay.
