Stayed in one of the suites and it was beautiful and very clean. The service and hospitality was absolutely excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The leisure centre (especially pool) is a bit tired and needs updating but other than that, a great stay.

Quality accomadations at a reasonable rate. Other than having to wait about a half an hour for the two rooms to be ready to occupy, the experience was perfect.
Hotel was nice. Room was dirty, shower head and shower lined with black mold, carpet was dirty, couch had stains. Restaurant was nice but service was slow

Beautifil location and lovely suites
I have stayed at this hotel before, in one of the same suites - they are really well designed and very comfortable. Unfortunately on this occasion, my suite had a problem with the air conditioning whereby it was making such a loud vibrating sound, it was impossible to sleep with it on. This made the room very cold during the night. I mentioned this to the staff when I checked out as it really shouldn't have been given to a guest with the air-con faulty. They seemed concerned but offered nothing in the way of any discount/refund for a poor nights sleep. I was promised an email/call from a manager, unfortunately this didn't happen either which was disappointing as I expected more. Not sure if we will choose this venue again for our annual business visit.
This is our 3rd Christmas to stay at the hotel. Rooms were cold and so was the water for showering in the mornings. Staff were nice, service was slow in the bar which was overcrowded.
Our room was unusually large for Ireland and was very comfortable. The staff is outstanding, even helping me change a flat tire in the rain. Can't recommend this hotel enough!
