"Great location! "

This was an amazing location and setup, as it was the perfect space for myself and two girlfriends. Beds were comfortable and clean and having the kitchen space was ideal. However, the overall check in process and communication lacked significantly, as I was constantly calling to track down the information I needed an hour before our check in. The only other complaint I have is that we were left with only a 1/2 roll of toilet paper for a 3 night stay for 3 guests. When we reached out, we got no response.

disaster of epic proportions. run away. horrible process to check in. they also bait and switched me to a different (less quality) location.

I left my Cartier bracelet in the bathroom and i clearly remember i took it off before the shower and forgot to put it back on. However, after checking out i immediately flew back to PA so i could not go back. I contacted the room supervisor but she said the housekeeper did not find anything. I asked for the housekeeper's number but the supervisor told me that the housekeeper can't speak english and there is nothing i can do, refuse to provide me the number of housekeeper. This is probably the worst hotels.com memories within past 3 years. I reported the lost to the Cartier and we will see what is going to happen but this is the one of a kind situation that i will never understand and believe. So unsatisfying and incomprehensible. I hope every people could read this review for their safety and satisfying trip.

"Fantastic Location!"

This location couldn't be any more ideal if you're in town for a convention or just want the convenience of local shopping and restaurants. It is located just two/three blocks from the Hynes Convention Center. The apartment is roomy, very clean, and the building is very old and interesting. Check in was easy after providing my information to the third party rental company.

"Location great. Everything else not that great"

Where do I start? We really appreciated the location(you could not beat that) and the cleanliness of the apartment, but there were major concerns: 1- we heard from someone in the building that they tried to unclog or fix the bathtub , but it could not be fixed properly, therefore the tub was clog and it got filled with water. I let the person in charged know on our first night and she said she will send someone to fix it. nobody came and had to contact her again, but it was past the middle of the day and we wanted to enjoy the day. she offered another apartment , but she had to contact her boss. we were not gong to wait anymore, we decided to stay until our last day.Really bad experience. The point is why would you charge guests for something that is not fixed?! 2- No NETFLIX, I called and was never fixed 3-NO PARKING you have to pay for parking oh and also can't park on the streets as per neighborhood "laws" OVERALL it was just and okay stay
