It was a great place to stay in Cirencester. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. My only issue was check in was not until 4pm and check out was 10am.
Very welcoming gentleman on Arrival. Superb location and comfy but a real squeeze in the rooms and a bit noisy with the nightclub near by. Generally very happy with stay and great price.
Didn't expect 5 star hotel. Some shelves on the walls will be nice to have and maybe hooks. Not recommended for family with kid's as not enough space. But still nice place for this price. Close to shops and restaurants
The room was clean, the room was small. It had a window.
No fuss about bringing our bikes inside as they wouldn’t fit in the bike storage.
I just wanted somewhere in the centre, good value and functional. It was just that, and very clean.
The 'hotel' is a YHA associate and does not open until 18-30 / 19-00 but very central in town. Room was basic but acceptable with a nice 'wet room', no TV or tea / coffee. Free car parking from 15-00 until 08-00 just 50m away from hotel. Take a cup for drink etc as non provided ( kitchen closed). OK for a one night 'passing through' stop over. Will stay again, now I know

Ideally located in middle of town. Pretty simple accommodation but perfect for what we needed for one night.
We had a terrible experience with booking this property. I contacted Expedia to cancel 3 weeks prior to my arranged booking. They informed me that they would contact the Barrel Store, but unfortunately could not get a reply. I tried myself to contact the Barrel store but with no success. No refund has been made and I’m a very disappointed customer. I will not be booking through Expedia again and certainly will not be booking the Barrel Store either.
