"Good stay for any kind of visit in Dewas"

Staff was good, I checked late night and thanks to 24 hour front desk who took me in with no delays.

"Value for money for a short stay. Specially if you are travling long distance with your family."

The location is very nice. It’s on national highway. The staffs are good and professional. Special thanks to Balram for his professionalism. For a short stay this is the best hotel to stay in entire civil lines.

The rooms beds and mattress are not comfortable. Washroom cleanliness to be taken on priority. The hotel linens and amenities should be provided upon check in and should need to maintain extra clean.

"Disappointing"

Initially The staff was not cooperating. And they also didn't provide breakfast properly just gave a paratha and tea while there was buffet available
