Welcoming, nice family room with private bathroom, takeaway breakfast included.

A little dated and could've been a bit cleaner. Picnic bags advertised not available.

"I wouldn’t stay there again."

The owner welcomed me late in the evening when I booked in.The room had 2 small electric heaters that were not great.I work nights on the Railway and got back to the guest house at about 0600am.The Central Heating Radiator was off. ! The 2 small Electrical Heaters were also off,being on timer switches.The Room was Freezing.On leaving I told the Guest House owner Peter about my issue.The Dining Area was also Cold.I stay in plenty of Hotels,etc through Booking.com and work lots of night shifts on the Railway.The least you want is to get back to your digs for some sleep in a hot room.This certainly has left a bad experience for me.

Great bagged breakfast and bagged lunch options were very good and inexpensive. Host was friendly and accomodating.

The rooms were preety run down as was the bathroom, and the mattresses needed an upgrade.

"Never come in back!"

Very cold frizzing in the room, only 1 heater, also the heater it’s been programmed to stopped by 4Am , the family room, in the mansard , Never come back!
