River View Hotel Tbilisi

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and located in a nice area near the river. The location was convenient, and overall the stay was pleasant. The room was good and everything else met our expectations.

The only issue was that the AC was either not working properly or not cooling enough. We had to keep the windows open during the night, which brought a lot of outside noise, especially from traffic and cars. Apart from that, everything else was good.

Щодня номер прибирався, замінювали рушники, приносили воду і все необхідне, тому велике дякую персоналу, вони молодці! Великий плюс, що номер просторий, місця багато і вікна панорамні з чудовим видом на річку😍 А ще дуже велике і зручне ліжко, після насичених днів з прогулянками, ми справді могли якісно виспатися)

Єдине трошки штори на вікнах замалі, не змогли на ніч закрити вікна повністю, тому вранці денне світло трошки заважало. Ще б радили трошки збільшити асортимент їжі на сніданках, близько 10 ранку вся їжа вже холодна, ніхто її навіть не підігрівав.

Numerous issues with room, including ants.

I would like to sincerely thank Ms.Marie at the reception for her outstanding help and kindness. She assisted me a lot, booked the Uber for me, and explained everything to the driver in detail exactly as I wanted. Honestly, she is the definition of respect and professionalism. She truly deserves all appreciation and gratitude for her excellent service and polite attitude.

Немного напрягал запах из санузла

Лифт функционировал плохо мы были внутри когда он остановился и выключился свет мы были с ребенком
