"Very poor experience, hostile staff"

This hotel fell very below the standards for Hilton chains. The desk is constantly unmanned, so there is no staff presence and when there is someone who finally appears they seem to be so uninterested in helping or speaking with you. I travel often and this has been the worst experience I’ve had. Also exactly 1 minute passed check out and they were calling my room telling me it’s time to check out even though I had paid for an extended check out and also happen to be a diamond member. This is a 1 star location and I would strongly urge you to reconsider ever staying here.

Excellent breakfast, great food. Modern bathroom with wonderful shower.

I’m lactose intolerant and I would appreciate almond or oat milk instead of dairy. Also almond or oat milk creamer.
