This was the perfect location for us to visit all our points of interest. Located minutes from the train & bus station. The hotel is beautiful, modern and very clean. Room was small but well appointed so we didn’t feel cramped. Onsen was a wonderful treat at the end of a busy days of walking. The breakfast is one of a kind, classy and many options. Staff is attentive and welcoming. Many food and shopping options nearby. Highly recommend.

Clean; accessible, right near the Kyoto station
Stay was amazing, however; beds were stiff it was as if I was sleeping on the floor. Coming from someone that loves a soft mattress.
Newer hotel with comfortable bed with small bathtub and shower. Layout of twin room is a bit tight. Lounge in lobby has free coffee and tea with reading and work area. Five minute walk to Kyoto Station. Lots of food options nearby.

Room was cleaned but not properly vacuumed, there was a very large toe nail clipping that was in our room and although we stayed there for 5 days, it was never vacuumed.
Breakfast was amazing and all the employees were very friendly.
