Outside the houses I saw several security guards who sometimes answered a question for me. - Friendly contact person - Helpful They booked a taxi on their mobile phone on the last morning, I think for 4:30am. At 4:15am someone knocked on my door to ask if they should order it. - All emails and all questions were answered. - Large refrigerator in the room - WiFi

- Creaking bed makes noise every time I move When I moved or turned over in bed, the bed made noise every time. I couldn't stop it. I tried everything I could think of. It made it difficult to sleep through the night. - Toilet broken The toilet flush was broken. Every time I went to the toilet, I had to flush it with a bucket that was in the shower. - Some things looked dirty and old, such as a seat. - No attention was paid to maintenance. The cloth on the sink, for example, was incredibly old and had lots of holes. It wasn't replaced, even though it doesn't cost much in the shop. - No reception If you arrive by taxi, the taxi driver must call the landlord and let them know you're coming. - Difficult to find On the phone, the taxi driver is told exactly which house he must go to and where the man with the key is waiting. But it worked perfectly for me.

Nothing. It was disgusting. The personal was rude, unprofessional, and sketchy.

This is totally a scam. I paid, and the moment I entered, I left after finding hairs over the bed, an incredibly dirty place, and the toilet was still wet and full of mold. Lost my money evidently. There was no clarity. The contact person was rude, disrespectful, and harassing me at some point. The pace is unsafe. I've been using booking for more than 5 years and this is the first time I have encountered this. Please, don't book here. Also, they accused me of trying to steal a key with a completely absurd narrative, threatened me to report me to the local authorities, and finally reported me to booking to pay 60 EUR. I sent the corresponding evidence to Booking.com. I hope they do something about it and close this profile ASAP. In the meantime, be aware: Don't book here!!!!
