"Nice stay, next time we stay a bit longer..."

Nice, quiet & beautiful location, breakfast was good, choice very great, but not exceptional. Nice, large & clean rooms, very (!!) friendly staff / service & owner. Only negative thing to point out was everything felt a little bit 'old fashioned' ["alt-backen" in German]. Still, we would stay there again and will recommend this place (it's by far superior over the Marriott Hotel in Heidelberg, which so far been the worst Marriott Hotel we visited in Germany!).

Family run house with good operation and service. They employ and educate own staff from a.o. Vietnam. Very friendly. Good hearty food at reasonable prices. Excellent breakfast.

The interior is well kept and clean. My bed a bit too soft to my liking. If I should change anything I would rip out the furry carpets in the bedrooms and put in wooden floors. We did not use the sauna. A little perplexed that they charge for use of it per person and not by the hour. But maybe I got that wrong. Otherwise for the price asked, it is clearly worth its 3 stars.
