I did, however, appreciate the location, Clement’s attitude, the cleanliness, and the two croissants left at the door in the morning.

I chose this stay to celebrate my birthday, but the experience was not at all what I had expected. I paid for a superior-quality room, but upon arrival I was given an inferior one that was visibly much smaller. What was most frustrating was that the hotel did not honestly acknowledge the mistake and inform me from the start, but only after I raised the issue myself. After that the management apologized and promised to refund the money to my account within 1–2 days, as the room I had booked was no longer available. Three days have already passed, but the amount has still not been refunded. I still hope that the hotel will keep its promise, otherwise I will complain to booking.com. By the way this is the first time I have had such an experience on booking.com. Unfortunately, this unpleasant situation significantly overshadowed my birthday and left a very bitter impression.

It’s fairly basic - the shower was a bit dodgy - but fine for a short stay.

Great location, very friendly staff and overall great service and value! Appreciated the aircon and canal+ on the tv!!

I had a wonderful stay at Arome. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome, and their warmth and friendliness were a highlight of my experience. My room was larger than I expected, with a unique layout that gave it a lot of character while still feeling comfortable and functional. The hotel itself has a charming atmosphere, and the location was excellent—convenient for exploring the area while still offering a relaxing place to unwind. What stood out most was the exceptional service. Unfortunately, my luggage was lost during my travels, and Pierre went above and beyond to help me retrieve it. He was incredibly responsive, supportive, and proactive during a stressful situation, and I truly appreciated all the effort he put in to assist me. Between the spacious room, the great location, and the outstanding hospitality from Pierre and the entire team, my stay was memorable for all the right reasons. I would gladly stay at Arome again and highly recommend it to others.
