Not a thing! Wouldn't even know since they canceled our reservation and turned us away. Said payment was declined on a card I do not even have. I showed proof it was prepaid. I have the receipt. They blamed Booking.

The way we were treated and between Booking.com and this hotel someone has our money and refusing to reimburse us. Total nightmare after driving 6 hours.

Great stay. The hotel had all the kitchen amenities we needed, which made everything very convenient. The room was clean and perfect for our stay.

"There’s still some good people in the world"

I left my jewelry in the room safe. I waited more than a week for FedEx to pick it up. Manager, Brenda personally send my jewelry to me after FedEx. It failed to pick it up. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t know when I would’ve got my jewelry . I never felt so hopeless, but she stepped up and got it taken care of. I give Brenda five stars because she didn’t have to do it and she wouldn’t take any compensation. Thanks again, Brenda.
