"Employees are Team of Thieves !!!"

Looks like a team of thieves… we lost our gold chain with locket and property is not taking any action against their employees… We have logged an FIR against the property. There are no CCTV cameras in the entire resort! No acknowledgment from the hotel management.. We paid 18000 Rs per night per room!!! Safety is a #BIGCONCERN!! #WORSTEXPERIENCE #Avoidifyiucan #Avoid Attaching our complaint application as well, with acceptance of Matheran police station…

The resort is in close proximity to the market. It's on the way of most of the points to see in Matheran. Rooms are very spacious with a huge Balcony.

Ambience of the Hotel is very good. All Staff are polite and was happy to help

Water flowing continuously from flush tank because of flush button was not operating and we could not stop the flowing water. Because of this lot of water was getting waste

The stay was comfortable, and the ambience of the resort was charming and peaceful, making it a great place to relax and unwind amidst nature.

Breakfast and food options a bit disappointing and below my expectations. While the quality was decent, the variety and taste could certainly be improved to match the standard of the resort.
