Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Alles war gausgemacht und super verträglich. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, vor allem das große Badezimmer hat uns überzeugt. Das Perdonla war sehr freundlich.

A quiet and cozy place, close to the beach and everything we needed. We really loved the freshly made breakfast every morning and the simple, beautiful interior design. We had such a relaxing stay, and the hotel staff were incredibly kind and friendly. Thank you so much for the lovely birthday surprise and for helping us find our motorcycle key! We’ll definitely be back. See you next year!

Nothing. It would be great to have a surfboard rack on the first floor.

Pedimos que nos cambiasen de habitación porque la que nos asignaron era en la planta baja y a parte del olor a humedad tenía poca intimidad. Al día siguiente, cuando tuvieron disponibilidad, nos cambiaron.

Great location, close to beach and restaurants but still in a quieter area of Canguu. Pool area was simply divine and staff delightful.

Late night guests were a little noisy one of the nights but this didn't really effect overall stay.

It’s close to the beach and located in a quiet area, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was good, and some of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, our experience was significantly affected by how two situations were handled by management and the property owner. My husband and I initially booked a 13-night stay. After two nights at the property, we mentioned to the manager during breakfast that the bed was uncomfortable. The team was responsive and offered an alternative room, but we were unable to move at that time due to prior commitments. Later that day, we received a message saying that, although they did not agree with our concern, the issue had been resolved, and we were happy to leave it at that. However, what followed is what truly impacted our stay. We experienced a situation regarding our privacy that made us feel very uncomfortable. We had rented a motorbike through the property for the duration of our stay and had already paid in advance. While we were out, staff entered our room without our permission, took the key and replaced the motorbike with a different one, without informing us beforehand. This felt intrusive and inappropriate, and led us to decide to check out early. We contacted the managers to request an early check-out, offering to pay for the nights we had stayed and asking for a refund for the remaining nights. The owner later processed a full refund. Shortly after, I received a phone call from the property owner. The tone of the conversation was aggressive, and I was not given the opportunity to explain what had happened from our side. It felt as though our concerns were dismissed without being properly heard or understood. I was then told to leave the property within 20 minutes, using inappropriate language. As the booking was under my name, I couldn’t help but wonder whether the same approach would have been taken if the conversation had been with my husband instead. We found this very disappointing and surprising.
