員工很有禮貌，一樓大廳的咖啡機居然有玉米濃湯的選項，而且還不錯喝

除了第一停車場之外，另外兩個停車場個人覺得不是很好停車

❁駐車場は無料でホテル裏手側にある ❁バストイレの水まわりが綺麗⭐︎清潔 ❁お部屋の温度が丁度良くて寒くない ❁朝ごはんの時間もゆったりとしているし 品数もあり冷えておらずとても良い ❁地震が起きた直後のチェックインでしたが ホテルに問い合わせた際には 現時点情報伝達内容を整えられていたこと

コンパクトなお部屋でも、リラックス出来ました。窓からの眺めは競馬場と、市電が良かったです(特に朝日が競馬場の建物をピンク色に染めて綺麗でした！) ロビーにあるフリードリンクが嬉しかった💕

ベットサイドにライトが無くて残念でした… デスクのイスが硬くて、もう少し柔らかいともっと良かったです！

目的地が競馬場だったので とても 立地条件がよく便利だった チェックイン前の荷物預かってくれたのも助かりました

特になかったのですが 私事の希望としてはもう1つ 調整したい小さめの枕でもあったら 眠りが快適だったかな 個人的意見でありますが。
