it was not like a resort, it was oke, and all the facilities were there, but old and crap.

Just the scene

No signs to explain where to go to eat, description not the same as room. No complimentary coffee or even water. No soap,food expensive for what you had, not much available. Continental breakfast menu wasn't what a breakfast should be. Pool very far away, no signs to tell you where, no staff around to see, couldn't even ring property as when u call doesn't go there. Owner needs to get his act together and organise properly for his guests. Only stayed overnight instead of the weekend cause wife extremely unhappy about place. Didn't even get some of a refund cause not happy. Had to find another place to stay. Not impressed.

Great staff, amazing views. One of the best beaches i have ever been too, just 10 minutes drive away.

Only the staff

First of all the information which are stated here in booking are wrong! The property is not 8km but 35km away from the city center, so that means you are literally in the middle of nowhere. There is also no wifi are declared, they just said they have NO WiFi. I don’t mind being in the jungle if it’s nice, but this place is just super run down and there is nothing to do. Toilet flush and water is not working. AC very weak. Prices in the bar and restaurant are the double. The pool is super warm, so you’re not willing to go in because it’s like taking a warm bath at 35 degrees. The food is very fatty and unhealthy, they have no vegetarian option and you are kinda forced to eat there because there is nothing around. Also half of the things that are on the menu were not available. The staff seemed to be nice and friendly though. Overall this was unfortunately a very bad experience. We lost one day of our trip because the details here in booking where simply wrong and we relied on this information. Also it’s very difficult to get there. If you arrive after 6pm you have to take a tuktuk from the center and they charge you 2000php because it’s so far away. There is also information in the property which says that you should not leave the property after 7pm for your own safety, don’t know what that means but it seems to be dangerous at this place. I really can’t recommend this place. There are so many good and cheap options in town, which are way more comfortable, cheaper, cleaner and you are free to move.

It was remote and the price was really good.

was so nice and peaceful place, the staff where lovely and so nice, felt like home, would really recommend this resort, amazing time and pool party, staff even gave us a lift to town, very grateful 🩷
