"Perfect choice for Seattle downtown!"

Enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency! Great customer service all around, from check in, to concierge, to housekeeping staff! Especially loved having the Andare restaurant located inside the hotel. The Market was also very convenient for a quick and yummy breakfast or snacks. Great location downtown--within a mile walking distance to Pike's Market and the Space Needle.

"A Great Hotel"

The hotel is ideally located for attractions and other needs in the city area. The building is lovely and well maintained in both public, meeting and room facilities. My room was very comfortable and immaculately clean and included a spectacular view of Mount Rainier. The staff is also exceptionally courteous and focused on customer satisfaction with a professional but warm demeanor. Overall, it was nothing but a pleasure.

"Great stay"

Well designed, clean allergen free room in a pet friendly hotel. There were a few scuffs on the wall which is normal hotel wear & tear so it didn't take away from the spacious room's modern style, nice view, large TV and comfortable beds. The half open glass shower prevented the shower space from truly getting warm but the shower pressure and water temperature were great. The fitness center and ice machine were next to each other and easy to access. Hotel conveniently located within a 20 minute walk to most major attractions. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

"Waiting for my room"

Didn’t receive room until after 6 pm. Check in is 4 pm. Had to remind staff I hadn’t received my room after being told they would call or text and inform me.
