The location. Proximity to the place I needed to be.

Facilities are outdated. Extraction fan in the bathroom did not work. For the inclusive breakfast, only the cheapest ingredients are being sourced. Coffee tastes miserable.

The owner was very helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast was terrible. The sausage was raw, the beacon was just fat. The food choices for a buffet breakfast was limited. The cooking area was very unhygienic and one morning there was a cockroach right next to the toaster, on showing this to the lady frying the eggs she just hit it away with her hand and carried on frying eggs as it is normal. We had to ask for toilet paper every day. The entrance at cottage nr 9 where we stayed was also not very clean.

The pool was great. I had a swim at night (has nightlight) Loved the trees, birds. Nature vibe was great. Parking is safe. I enjoyed the smell of the room as well

I requested the room to be decorated a bit romantic before booking (my anniversary). This was not done. I also noticed a broken shower tile which I luckily noticed early enough before stepping on it. Could have been a disaster if me or my wife stepped on it. Management should have that checked.
