Highland Resort

I booked 3 rooms..Rooms were very clean,cozy and comfortable with good amount of light coming from the windows.There was even an extra bed.Toiletries were available .Food including both veg and non veg was excellent.Had a wonderful stay

Only thing I didn't like was the rooms were a little damp and the curtains were having a damp smell maybe because of this monsoon season.rest everything was perfect.

location is excellent, food is also good.

housekeeping could be better and basic upkeep of the rooms. We got a room with a barely functioning AC even at the lowest temperature it would not cool. Gave us a room on the second floor and the lift doesnt work. We were travelling with a small child and having to carry him plus climb 2 floors multiple times a day was painful.

Nothing much apart from the location

Everything No value for money It was rated as a 3 star hotel but facilities were very poor. Hot water issue was not addressed. And many more
