Since our room is located on the 3rd floor.. the elevator is important but it is not working. we called the attention of the staff but there is no action.. he replied ok mam thank you. but the room is comfortable and the location is perfect for my appointment in DFA Robinsons. the food is good as well and the staffs are polite. if given a chance i would love to stay in casa rubin again.

The hotel is located next to a call center and a house with rooster fighters. All night long very loud bells and chimes can be heard from the call center. These noises cause the roosters to make loud sounds all night. I got no sleep my entire stay. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. Worst hotel stay ever.

"Very poor breakfast"

The positive first: the rooms are nice and modern. The negative: the breakfast is a joke. Even I paid more than 2,200 Pesos for the room including breakfast, I had to pay 50 Pesos extra for a teabag instead of getting coffee. The pancake came only with a tiny slice of butter without honey. Very bad value for money. I will definitely not stay again in this hotel.
