Our suite was nice with very practical furnishings. The placement of the desk, the fact that it rolls away, the placement of the couch, and kitchen layout was nice. There was a good amount of storage space. There was a curtain separating the sleeping area from the living and kitchen area. We got to plug in our PHEV for free, so it was nice to get a few extra miles. There was 1 major issue and 1 minor issue. The water pressure in the shower is pretty bad. I understand they might be at the mercy of the city water supply, so if that's the case then location is a factor. Also the free breakfast was nice but lacking in healthier options. They have milk bottles stored in a fridge, but some yogurt would've been nice. And more fresh fruit. So the breakfast variety is a minor issue and water pressure being significant to our enjoyment of our stay. Overall, this was an enjoyable stay and we'd strongly consider a return if we pass through again.

Great location for event

Room 425 next to us woke us up at 3am and had to call the front desk twice to resolve but was then unable to go back to sleep

Nice room s comfortable! Stephany at the front was amazing! Very professional and polite! Hotel was nice and clean!

Breakfast was ok but very dry food! Over cooked! We actually had to get breakfast else where! But even worse was the pool! After a long day we wanted to sit in Horus and relaxed but there was little kids jumping from hot tub to pool and back and so much screaming after 10 minute we had to leave! Could not even use the pool! There should be adult time 10-11 cause it was horrible!

The front desk staff was great in all shifts. Very friendly and helpful

The mattress was too hard to sleep on. We looked for blankets to put on top of the mattress to help but there weren’t any extras in the room

food was good , bed was great, got to use the pool, location was wonderful, gentleman that checked us in was respectful and answered all my questions.
