Tôi là người làm trong ngành Hotel nên rất hiểu rõ về dịch vụ và tôi thực sự bất ngờ khi có 1 Hotel với giá tiền hợp lí kèm theo sự chu đáo của Bà chủ Phòng thì được decor rất sạch sẽ thơm tho gọn gàng Bà chủ rất nhiệt tình,chủ động gọi trước để biết giờ đến của tôi và đón cũng như hỗ trợ về phương tiện đi lại cho giá cả hợp lí nhất có thể Không phải QC không phải thuê tiktoker Sự chuyên nghiệp đến từ cô con gái đang làm ở Hotel và được hướng dẫn lại cho Bà chủ 10/10

Did not stay at the property, was forced to book an alternative accomodation

Rooms were dirty and had several cockroaches running around

The location was fantastic to go to Phong Nha Caves and all the restaurants. The room was large enough. The view from the window was nice. The staff was very kind, they let us shorten our stay due to a mistake in our booking and they really helped us taking us to Paradise Cave for a small price and also let us shower in the afternoon even if we already had our check-out.

The room was not clean, we found a cockroach under the bad and also the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest we have seen.

It was very clean, we felt comfortable right away. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. It was the best value for money we've experienced in Vietnam so far.

The host was so friendly!!!
