THE BEACH by Design Studio

The check in and check out process is really comfortable, the location is great - walking distance to everything you need, the amazing breathtaking!

The studio needs to be renovated as some of the features are old. It is not functional, so this makes it not very comfortable, especially if you are traveling with kids or there are more than two persons.

The view was stunning and would normally cost a lot more. It was an unobstructed view of the lake from Bellano across to the other side. Stunning. The instructions for key pick up, finding the apartment and parking were all very clear. It was an easy walk into Bellano. Having a designated parking space down the driveway next to the building was great. There was a washing machine in the bathroom with laundry detergent. In the kitchen area of the living room was an oven, gas hob with 4 rings, microwave and small fridge with a freezer compartment. There were also some supplies like tea, coffee, salt, vinegar but no oil. Good aircon and wifi very good. We had a minor problem with the washing machine and someone came very promptly.

The apartment was smaller than we expected. There was not enough room at the end of the bed to easily get passed. We unpacked our suitcases and put them back in the car as there was little spare space to store them. The terrace was skinnier than the picture showed. It was just wide enough for the table and 2 chairs and the drying rack to fit. The Bagless key system worked well but you had to park around the corner in paid parking. There was nowhere outside to even stop to drop off one person. You then repeated the process at the end of your stay. The bedroom only had thin curtains and it was impossible to reach the shutters outside. We had friends stay with us for one of our nights. The sofa sleeper was okay but maybe more suitable for children or one adult. It was quite crowded with 4 adults. We didn't use the beach as the weather was pretty awful while we were there but some instructions of where to access it and about the key would have been helpful. All in all, the view trumped everything at the price we paid!

The view from the apartment was amazing! It was close to the town centre. It was just what we needed. Close to a little beach!

The pillows could do with updating. Other than that really enjoyed our stay!
