Nice location and rooms were good.

The front staff was absolutely terrible! The heavy set African American woman called the police on me because she said she got complaints about me. I heard a woman getting yelled at and tried to tell her it wasn’t me, but she saw an injury from a car accident I had and said I was a piece of trash and she was getting me out of her hotel. First off… I was headed home because I was in a car accident while in New York City, and I was trying to rest to catch an early flight home. However, I got woken up and had been crying earlier that night and thought she was complaining about that and tried to explain and she ignored me turned her face away from me and didn’t even Ben listen to my explanation. If she had she would have heard that I was in a car accident- heading home, and earlier that night I had been crying from missing and worrying about my son at home with autism. She called the police and told me I better leave before they get there so I packed all my things and with a severely injured body walked to the hotel across the parking lot but the had no room. I saw the police show up so I walked over to meet them. They were wonderful… I told them everything and one look at my injury and they could tell it was a car accident and not somebody beating me. I told them they should check if there were complaints of fighting because there was nobody I could have fought with. They confirmed I was alone and that it couldn’t have been me and I told them the woman told me to get out of the hotel and they said no, you paid for this room you go ahead and rest. They said the woman was probably acting out of concern and I told them she wouldn’t even let me explain and they asked her if it was true and she denied it. She was extremely unhappy they let me stay and when they left the lobby I asked her a question about my keys and she swung her face away from me like a 13 year old girl getting grounded and didn’t answer me. I will NEVER stay here again.

The location is close to the airport.

We found a cockroach during breakfast and we did mention it to the front desk. They said as a courtesy they will refund a night of stay and when we reached for the refund they denied and lied to us.

Good hotel, close to airport. It was clean and comfortable. Only complaint would be the bathroom door in room 117 was off the hinge and wouldn't close at all. The front desk was made aware and but they didn't have any maintenance in the evening. She did offer to move our room.
