Very Bad customer service, we were not given the room which we have booked, as we booked for two AC rooms and was allocated only one AC room and another was given non AC. Pathetic attitude from the staff. Even after multiple confirmations from the property that room is available and they cheated us by swapping our room with other direct booking Guests for higher rates at the last moment. Also they were trying to move us to another property stating that drainage is not working etc. No toilet seat cover in the AC room, which they call it as their best room, water is very intermittent and every time needs to follow up with reception.Take it or leave it attitude

There was no soap in the toilet. Plus the location is far from the convenient Kochi Metro. What I'd suggest is to get a hotel near Kochi Metro even if it costs 300rps more. (P.S. The 1000 roams have no AC).
