The big room space for my dog to run around.

I booked this room so I could be safe and make it to my court date the next morning, but it turned into one of the most stressful experiences I’ve ever had. I was locked out of my room for over six hours because the inside lock malfunctioned. The staff couldn’t get me back in and only offered a smaller room on the fourth floor, while my original room was on the first. My dog was with me, but all of his food and belongings were locked inside the room. I became fearful that someone might be in there, and the whole situation left me anxious and unsafe. After hours of waiting, I finally took it into my own hands and managed to get back into my room to feed my dog and rest. By the next morning, I felt so unsettled that I left for another hotel right away, forgetting about my court date — which ended up causing serious consequences. I booked this room hoping for safety and stability, but it turned into the complete opposite. I truly hope management takes this seriously so no one else has to go through something like this.

We really like having a kitchen . They have a great one.

The tv didn’t work, we reported it to the front desk however Sheila said she didn’t know how to switch our room. What?? A front desk clerk that doesn’t know how to switch a guests room? At that price?? No thanks, we won’t be back!

The suites were laid out very nicely and supplied with ample dishwater for eating.

Room clean. Quiet. Breakfast delicious with large variety of choices.

In the first room I was given, the TV did not work. I called down to the front desk and was told the manager had to run to the bank. I waited more than an hour and called again. There was no answer after 3 calls. So I went downstairs and confronted the person at the front desk. She told me the manager was on his way to my room, so I went back to my room and there was no manager. So once again, I went back down to the front desk, and this time I requested another room. Then, after 20 more minutes the desk clerk got me a room on the first floor. I moved into that room and as I was getting settled and unpacked my bags, I discovered that room didn't have a microwave. So rather than asking for another room, I dealt with it. At checkout, I found out the hotel was being run by a different management. Knowing this may change my decision not to stay there again. I was not happy with this inconvenience.
