The check in was very quick & easy, with help with the luggages. The front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The lobby was nice and clean. The room I booked was a little small, but we were offered the upgrade to a more roomy room with nice lake view. Thanks 🌻 We had breakfast included. The restaurant was inside the Sandals Vista Hotel, just steps away from the Sandals Hotel. It's a nice restaurant with good menu for breakfast. The food and service were very good. The location is so convenient, which closes to shopping center, grocery store, convenient stores, and many restaurants. We like this Sandals Hotel. We'll return whenever we be in Bảo Lộc.

AUEntering the foyer it looked very nice and clean.Staff greeted us with a smile but we did not understand each other used Googletranslate. Room had 2 separate Bedrooms great for three adults.
Once we entered our room l went to the Bathroom and was Shocked at the amount of BLACK MOULD Everywhere. Checked aircon filters 'filthy', and the bathroom door grated and squeaked loudly. To be fair the maintenance man did fix the door and filters. Next day we went down for Breakfast, were given vouchers and told we had to cross a 4 lane very busy main road and walk 500 mtrs to a sister hotel. Only to be told that we could not have full buffet breakfast only pho or congee, NOT even coffee
