Nothing i was like. Thank god just one night only

Lift was broken. And i got the small room. Very small you know. And my room was in level 4 without lift.??What do guys think 😒 .. the room very narrow.

No receptionist for 10 minutes during check late check in. Is't 24 hours or not? No toiletries and towel in the room.
